Before you start
What we save
- Your phone number and a 6-number PIN. The PIN is scrambled so no one can read it.
- The answers you give, like your group, your household and where you are in the process.
- Income you enter, and the results of your checks.
- Complaints you save: which office, what is stuck, the date, reference numbers and replies.
- When the document vault opens: copies of papers you upload, locked with encryption. Every time a file is opened, we log it, and you can see that log.
Never type these in
Never type your SSN or ID numbers into any form. We don't need them.
Who can see it
You. We never share it with your shelter, HRA or DHS. You can choose to share your status sheet with a link.
The people who run reHoused can technically get to stored records. We only do that to fix a problem or if the law requires it.
What we count
We look at totals only, like how many people use each page. Any group smaller than 5 people is hidden. We never look at what you write or upload to make these counts.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. If you don't sign in for 18 months, we delete your account and everything in it.
You can delete it
Go to Profile and tap "Delete my account". Everything is gone right away, including any files.
